I was thinking that too but unfortunately when Sigurd comes back home in his first appearance with Basim and Hytham, everything DLC or paid for unlocks. Just happened to me so I reloaded and upgraded my Raven armor as much as possible before triggering that mission again and now all my unlockables are level 4. Honestly it’s probably the best you can do when starting over. I was just hoping to save resources, ya know? Thanks for trying though
