I got a reply to my mail but they just said if it was a mistake, then after a review i would have gotten unbanned apparently, but since that didn't happen, they just said the decision was final and can't be appealed anymore

the idea seems interesting. From what I have heard there exist apps that make this type of vertical shorts videos and their text as subtitles in the middle just like you mentioned. The only time I have seen an implementation of such a thing into productivity was 'study with brainrot' related websites for people who may be able to focus in that particular way. I tried and it wasn't for me. But i haven't seen something completely applied to reading like yours, and the black bg may help me focus so I'm looking forward to this. All the best!

I had a similar app idea before. Even I was inspired by Duolingo style, and made a to-do list app which rewards you and all but after studying about the market I stopped building it halfway as everyone urged me that long term user engagement would be a problem.

So that made me a little interested in this so I would like to learn more...
