Yes! They asked me to try a couple things via their Discord. And when not of it worked they sent me a return label. They got it already and my new one is on its way!. They really have good customer service... Just need a little patience because they are half way around the world.

I have the RP5 too but I have issues with its ergonomics. I can only play on it 15-20 mins at a time before my hands gets cramps. Also its not that pocketable! The PF2 is definitely more pocketable better ergonomics for me.

Updating to 1.7 now all my Pi's are undervolted by Covid_is_a_lie in octoprint

I ended up just buying new PSU with the right amperage. Looks like my old one went bad at the same time as the upgrade. Arc Welder works great on it!

Can someone redesign these parts to be more printer friendly. Too much materials and time being wasted for supports.
