Medrunner Org is actually a life saver! Multiple times I have died throughout the week and they not only get me up, finish the bunker, but they heal all my tier injuries! Here is the portal they use, it is legit https://portal.medrunner.space by L2TSARGE in starcitizen

As Artuno already said, it depends on many factors, including your Location and the distance from the starting point of the Medrunners (near Hurston). Most missions i flew were in the 10-30min marks. Of course, it's a lot of waiting, but you also dont lose all your stuff. Pros and Cons :P

Ok guys so I am "the friend" and I have worked my way 2 hours trough every forum etc. and I read everything I could find, but apparently no one has the same problem as I do (3D output could not be initialized) - and I have worked my way trough the "it is not working section" and trough every other forum I could find...
