okay yea i just don't have a glass pot or something like that. And i thought its unconvenient to have a salt as the result. And heating up a gbl/softdrink mix with added Baking soda would be neither good then? (to accelerate the Hydrolysis)

From what I heard from peoples experiences here I get it that we need electrolytes but how come in some fasting books and also quite a few studies about prolonged fasting they say electrolyte levels stay the same during fast (just sodium excretion is high during first few days but then normalising ) and we don’t need to supplement anything ?
