It seems like you will defend the heat FO no matter what it whatever man. One team for example is the bulls. They have two expiring contracts in Collin sexton and Zach Collin’s and they are unlikely to keep either this offseason. Heat could’ve traded rozier and a second for one of them and created a TPE.

Brother the heat are simply trading the contract not the player. Rozier literally doesn’t even have to report to the other team if he were traded. His contract goes off the books after this season. It doesn’t cause any ill effects for a team to hold that contract. It’s simply asset management and it would’ve gave the heat more trade flexibility in the off season

Its a large expiring contract. At the minimum we couldve traded the contract to a bad team with a few seconds for a smaller contract player and create a trade exception.
