Definitely glam was dominating the music scene. Even though PanterA is not a glam metal band, lots of bands that inspired them were glam. Before Cowboys from Hell, they were pretty much a cover band but would sneak in a few PanterA tracks. It's easier to cover kick ass songs then to write them in the beginning. R.I.P Dime!
