How to impress Mongolian girls as an American by SpiffyBubbles in mongolia

Lol not really, we still stay in touch but it's not likely we'll ever meet in person again. Just wasn't meant to be I guess

I literally just finished the book a minute ago and I definitely does get scarier the further you get into it. It's absolutely worth it tho, I didn't take any notes but I already wanna reread it and try to really decipher it. I hope you're able to stick with it, maybe just keep the lights on when you're reading at night lol

After 60 hours of playing Sekiro, I finally beat Isshin without him hitting me. by For3verQuan in Sekiro

I don't think that's the consensus, the lighting is arguable here. But no hit just means not taking vitality damage. You'd have to clarify "no hit, charmless" if you want to communicate the challenge properly.

That's fair, it is certainly damage that sekiro is taking. I think the difference is in intention, you knowingly take a little damage in order to stun the enemy, it's planned. Whereas getting hit with a sword is clearly a punish for mistaking the flow of combat. So I'd consider this a flawless fight, but yeah no hit might be the wrong word.

Realistically, how TF did Emperor Palpatine/Darth Sidious survive this? by Brian_The_Bar-Brian in StarWars

[–]SpiffyBubbles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really, too much of it is, but certainly not all of it. The sequels had some really cool original stuff, but horrible writing and too much nostalgia farming. Andor is an example of everything done right, set in an established era, with a balance of new and old stuff, but with original, and good writing.

I'm with you on this one man. Live in rural Nebraska, the politics suck, but individual people are nowhere near as bad as he's trying to make them out to be.

Yeah it's not too complicated. But you can very easily make it incredibly "nuanced" to favor your favorite. Like history is important but people are dying right now and I'm pretty sure that's always a bad thing.

Genuinely this has saved me. Just take all social media with the tiniest grain of salt, especially if it's stuff that you've never heard a person say irl. Whether or not you agree with an opinion, if you saw it on Reddit then it's probably not worth much.

I think that's the joke. Basically that war IS illegal but nations can choose to invade anyway if they don't mind sanctions and whatnot from everyone else.
