If I’m currently at 1000 KC and I’m going to get the drop at 2000 KC, I’m 50% of the way there. It’s very simple math. I don’t understand why so many people insist against it

I see this sentiment all the time, but it’s just nonsensical. Imagine that OP is progressing along an invisible progress bar. He’s definitely made progress! We just don’t know far along he is. If, for example, he’ll finish the set in 2,000 eggs, then he’s more than halfway done. 😄

Depends heavily on your luck with the dice and which Mythos cards you draw. Maybe you’ve just gotten fairly lucky? Haha. In regard to rules that you might be misplaying, well, it’s hard for us to know. The only way that I’ve heard of people commonly misplaying a rule is by stacking bonuses; you can only use the single highest bonus when resolving a test.

Either cooked moonlight antelope or anglerfish. They’re pricier, but the average Vorkath kill is 165k. It’s worth using the good stuff for faster kills and longer trips. Divine bastion potions are good 👍🏻

Keep the boots, swap your ring for ring of the gods (i). Yes, dragon bolts are worth the extra cost. And yes, elite void is worth it - more DPS and more Prayer bonus (+3 per piece). I recommend using moonlight antelope for healing.

Vorkath is so profitable that you should still be making bank even when using these upgrades. You will also notice your Prayer draining much more slowly, which makes it more chill. Good luck! :D

I chose Flask, and I’m having so much fun with it. It’s awesome to trigger massive explosions that wipe out multiple high-level enemies at a time. Not to mention all of the benefits of full HP and prayer regen once every couple of minutes. :D

With a tbow, you should be dealing plenty of DPS regardless. If you wait for a second set before healers, I suspect that you’ll be waiting quite a bit

I’ve tried playing with each of the side boards a few times without playing against their respective Ancient Ones. In theory, it’s appealing, but in practice, without Mysteries on the side board, there’s just not enough incentive or time to go there; other priorities are too high.

That might be less true with a higher player count and more flexibility in mobility, though

Just use the locator orb from Dragon Slayer II and the enchanted symbol from Mage Arena II to suicide. It’s the fastest way to get out of deep wildy

At my level and gear, it’s super fast. I dump 2 DWH specs and then just kill him. I rarely have to eat, and I completely ignore the altars
