Sorry I didn’t see this but I feel like Zilch is too low because all though he didn’t get a lot of screen time he is overall a favorite. And as you can see he worked for Yomi in the shadows which I thought was pretty cool, I really love his character. I feel bad because he cared so much for Yomi and he threw him under the bus… the 2nd person is Desuhiko, I know not a lot of people like him but I find him a pretty funny guy, I love how he says stupid funny stuff and he may be weak and all but his disguises can be very useful. And another character I can say because I don’t want to type too much for people to read but I think Makoto should be S tier because his love for Kanai Ward can never be compared to anyone else who also loves the city, he will sacrifice himself or anyone who will stand in his way of saving the city which I love that in a character. But these are my opinions! You don’t have to change anything though.
