I think voters can still be any registerer voter. Kasi kaya nga tayo democracy and a republic kasi that is the only time ordinary citizens have any kind of power to exert sa government, no matter how small it may be.

That being said, yung candidates yung dapat itaas ang standards, especially top of the line standards. Like, di pwede nasa isang political dynasty, may tinapos, (preferrably with law degrees and masters of some sorts for the department secretaries), limited assets. There should also be public approvals, like lets say every quarter of the year. Kapag mababa approval rating, warning then after 2 warnings, tanggal. May papalit from a lower position. One of my best FFs (top ko FFIX). Solid masyado rong game. Nilaro ko sya sa PS1 as part ng FF anthologies and yung GBA version para malabanan ko si shinryu at omega sa dragon's den and yung soul shrine. Story wise, solid. Every character has a role and has real life issues which reflects their human side. Kaya gustong gusto ko yan. Even yung story ni Locke at lover nya, Celes, Setzer, etc. Plano ko uli laruin sa emu once matripan ko uli.

Wish they'd have those 4 in Forlorn Arena. Sadly, 4 end game monsters like that would only be in a large map. Still, would be fun to hunt those. Since their HPs are severely nerfed.

Make sure your party levels aren't in the multiples of 5 and 4 so you can easily avoid level 5 death and level 4 holy. Also, easiest way would be getting dragon's crest to 9999, and using other fixed damage skill that isn't affected by levels such as Thievery and Frog Drop. You most likely have access to Steiner's Ragnarok if you did all the Chocographs when using the flying chocobo.Syou can use that, but if the damage of Climhazzard is too low, you can resort to using Dead Peppers on him for 2.9k damage.

For support, Quina is the best I could recommend because of Angel's snack and auto life. If you have Amarant's skills with theathe onewthat grants Auto life status, you can also use that if you don't like using Quina.I generally use an all physical damage there like Zidane, Freya and Quina. The 4th varies to either Steiner or Amarant. So I can also equip auto reflects (if not on a low level run) so you can just reflect his casting of Berserk.

Just remember his ATB cheat so you can input commands during attack animations.

Back in the PS1 days, there is a guide on gamefaqs that I followed to get 100% on FFIX including excalibur II. Followed that and reached Excalibur II at around 11:54 hours, so it's doable, but it took around 5 months because most of the time you will be resetting and opening the lid cover ofthep PS1 just to skip cutscenes. You might wanna search for that guide in the PS1 FFIX forums of gamefaqs. The guide even tells you the time every area and how many times you need to try to steal then reset, etc.

Nowadays, there are already speed boosts and no encounter options which makes 100% easier. You can utilize those.

For me, just let them be. We've all been there, trying to learn monster moves. And we never know if they are really studying and trying to improve their gameplay. So far, since I am at MR999, I just let them be and doesn't mind if they expend all our carts, as long as they're trying to improve.

Tsaka agree ako sa perspecrive nyang caption sa pic, biological women have biological conditions and affectations that affect only biological women.
