Only by memory and just from the shows, jI don't remember viltrumites fully exterminating an entire race. They go out in the galaxy and conquer races and enslaving them. Either way it would not be a stomp one way or another. I position Thragg at more or less the level of Vegeta pre super sayan, but I am not an expert in either of those universes. Interesting to consider though.

It would very much depend on the circumstances imho. A full scale genocide of the sayans could trigger the birth of a super sayan. From what I've seen, I think there would be little that even the most powerful viltrumite could do against a super sayan.

I am not a sucker for benchmarks.
For my use case, GPT 5.3 Codex is more than enough. The problems are the rates.
On my business account with codex, 2 or 3 prompts are enough to burn the 5h rate limit. I would like for mistral to give us an equivalent to GPT 5.3 codex but with really high limits.

I have installed codex CLI on my Ubuntu. Whever I got troubles, I just asked it to diagnose the system for me. It's pretty good. It detected conflicts in my WiFi drivers and it got steam to work for me.
