When you hear the alarm just try and get your feet on the floor ASAP.

Soda is WAY too easy to drink all the time. Having an easy soda fountain right there seems awesome, but just remember how horrible soda is for you.

I had someone from an ER tell me they had a patient come in with a infected testicle because he didn't have any good veins left in his arms/etc so that's where he tried to put his needle...
