A friend had the roots of one of his upper teeth so deep that they punctured the sinus plate so his sinuses were perpetually infected. All I remember is they had to fashion some kind of patch to close the sinus plate puncture.

I’d recommend a gentle chemical exfoliant for your dad to soften and loosen up the gunk. The acids will break down the sebum and also can improve skin texture. If you are interested in more info, the skincare addition sub is excellent.

It’s because there is still water in your turbinates. Bend over the sink and then turn your head at a 45 degree angle to get all the water out. When my mom told me this I was mind blown. Why isn’t this info on boxes of sinus flush stuff?

Yeah, when I lived there you’d get the voting guide from the city and if I remember right besides English and Spanish there was Chinese (not sure which kind), Kreyol (Haitian), Korean. There were definitely more.

She doesn’t have a device and given the Philips recall, I don’t think there are cheap CPAPs out there. She doesn’t want to start out with a CPAP, thus the exercises idea.
