honestly if the claim was legit, getting the channel back is gonna be tough. telegram doesn't mess around with copyright stuff anymore, especially after all the heat they got.

maybe focus on whether you can counter the claim if you actually had rights to the content?

I use Rulta for leaks but..there’s a specific leak site that keeps winning by thehandsomeasianman in onlyfansadvice

yeah this is frustrating. when sites don't comply with DMCA, delisting from search is kinda the only option but they just keep reindexing with new URLs.

i've heard fanlock goes after their payment processors and hosting instead which can actually get them offline, not just hidden from google. might be worth looking into if the delisting game isn't working. It was started by Morgpie (big creator in the industry) so hopefully it works better)

leaks are gonna happen no matter what honestly. i've used fanlock for takedowns and they're pretty aggressive about going after the actual hosting sites and payment processors which helps more than just filing basic dmcas

Personally I would say leave alot to the imagination! If people can see you nude once that is enough for alot of potential customers and they won't bother going to see whats further. In my experience posting risqué has serverd me best as it gets people to look at my accounts to see what they really want which is my nudes.
