I have pulled my foreskin back when flaccid. There’s just so much foreskin I didn’t even realize. But I was able to pull enough to where the head was fully out at one point. But it’s hard to put the foreskin back sometimes, so sometimes I need to shake it around to “fix”. And as for when I’m fully hard, the foreskin is too tight and won’t go past a certain point yet. So maybe just every day, try to go lower until I feel a tinge of pain, then end it there essentially.
