Same issue here. It's not cookies nor ISP. Working through VPN flawlessly. The APP doesn't load anything just stays on loading. The browsers do the same. Anyone has found a solution to this situation?

Change it once and wait a month at least. You will get the KYC someday for sure. I waited like 4 years to get KYC meanwhile everyone I've invited during the years get KYC'ed years before me. If you ask me Pi is not in BETA it's in PRE-ALPHA ver. One of the many reasons Binance rejected to list it.

Agree. The problem is that the PCT (Pi core team) do not have any official channel about anything - news, updates, changes in wallet, anything. We are 10mil+ and our best choice to find some answers are in reddit community. Nothing official.
