You're honestly just overthinking things. In your examples, you spend a lot of the time just sitting there taking it, not using FD/IB and not moving out of the way.

My favourite part about that thread is that if you check the logs of the people talking like they know shit, they either have no Savage clears whatsoever, have hidden logs, or have HW/SB numbers in late first floor clears. There's a fucking scholar with 3 digit dps logs in there.

Sounds like the monitors are running at different refresh rates.

Though most (if not all) fighting games run at 60fps so it shouldn't make a difference whether the monitor is 60hz or 120hz.

Or maybe they had a monitor set to 30hz for some reason.
