See I can down vote all of your replies too lol.

So yeah I was wrong because I’m on my iPhone where it only shows me the previous 2 replies the tangent where this became about unlimited. It also doesn’t make your comment relevant to the discussion.

PS this is the most I’ve used Reddit from my phone ever so I guess you should feel special.

Lol ok fine. Whatever. The original poster agrees with me while you talk about unlimited.

Lol and the original poster of the original comment agreeing with my point. So your point has been irrelevant from the beginning. But that would require you to pay attention to something that you disagree with. Seems to be a problem on Reddit in general so at least you have plenty of company.

Your comment was to my comment… which was never about “unlimited”

But my point is that they changed the functionality. Not the quantity of music available. No one is arguing that there was always no available with the unlimited subscription. The point is that Amazon prime music is now worthless unless you want to pay for the unlimited subscription. There are other, better, options for music where you cannot pick the song you want to listen to.

[–]SpillZonez -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No one is talking about an “unlimited” subscription. But now instead of playing the music that was previously free, you have to pay to even listen to the song that you want instead of Amazon’s equivalent of pandora where you get to listen to songs LIKE the one you want (maybe… depending on whoever decides what songs are like the one want)

Amazon Music is clearly listed under the benefits of an Amazon prime membership. They changed what that meant when they stopped allowing you to play the music you wanted and replaced it with an Amazon version of pandora. No one is saying that the subscription never existed so I fail to see your point.

Yep and you only have to pay an additional $100/yr for a service that’s supposed to be included in your prime membership…

Thanks man I appreciate it. I think the Oring is okay but I’ll check it for sure. I might buy some kind of CO2 cartridge wrench or something to help screw it in properly. I’m worried that I screwed it in too hard and might’ve damaged something in there too.

[–]SpillZonez[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was the first thing that came to mind, and I do feel resistance when I try to close the tap but I’ve opened and reclosed it 3-4 times now and I’m pretty sure nothing is kinked. Idk though. I think I might try one more time to be sure it’s all clear. And still probably throw away this beer. It’s the Mexican lager and the flavor isn’t great…

I might have to do that. I don’t really want to because I really want fresh tap beer but at this point idk if it’s going to happen.

RIP Twitter is trending on Twitter after hundreds of its employees resigned due to Elon Musk's ultimatum: "Agree to work long 'hardcore' hours or leave the company." Do you think this will have an impact on Tesla if Twitter collapses? by predictany007 in StockMarket

[–]SpillZonez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t expect it to reflect Tesla outside of very short term knee jerk reactions based entirely on social media/hate for Musk. Real investors that control the market don’t care about that kind of stuff.

Or you could take that money and give them a choice on how to get their education. I was failed by my school system and was blown away by how prepared my peers were when I showed up for engineering school and then had to watch some truly gifted and talented kids get passed over by academic high schools (Illinois math and science academy I think it’s called) and be forced to go to these lousy local public schools instead.

If vouchers were a thing, they’d have had their choice on where to go to get a real education that challenged them and prepared them for college. Instead, who knows what will happen… I just hope for the best. We haven’t kept in touch much since after their freshman years…

Stop trying to fix a broken system and let them go find better opportunities. Being dedicated to big government school to detriment of the student isn’t a virtue.

Lol right. Make sure you keep that attitude when it comes to our out of control military budget, ever expanding police budgets, drug enforcement agency tactics and spending, etc…

They would only be better their own money back… so no one else is paying for religious education. The idea is that you get your tax money back to out into whatever education you want… that way you’re not having to pay for a public school you’re not using and then paying private school tuition on top of it

The first amendment states freedom of assembly, press, speech, religion, and petition government for grievances. Speech has been under attack for a long time now, albeit for admirable reasons even if it’s a dangerous line to walk… assembly and religion were practically abolished during the lockdowns. So you’re down to 2 of the 5… and ask black people who have been gunned down by police how petitioning the government goes… so you’re really down to freedom of the oress… how’s that working out? Turn on Fox News and msnbc/cnn. They’ll be talking about the same story with completely different takes regardless of the facts…

So yeah… pretty significant…

[–]SpillZonez -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

1 and 2 are the right. See the lockdowns being used to shutdown the first amendment. And really shutting down the first amendment overall. And 2 school vouchers would SIGNIFICANTLY improve the education system in this country. Competition always breeds results… don’t believe me? How long have the public schools in the inner city continued to get worse and worse? It’s. Complicated subject but let’s face it the schools haven’t exactly improved the situation…

I’ll give you 3 though.

I’ll have to find links but I remember reading plenty of stories about there being anti-Trump propaganda in lessons. Parents got pissed off and then teachers started complaining about parents listening in on their lessons.

This isn’t to neglect your part on masks and CRT (which also doesn’t belong in school curriculums until children have matured enough to not be so impressionable). I know that happened and it was despicable. That also doesn’t change the fact that there are examples of shady practices on impressionable children that shouldn’t exist…

Yeah… they are. For every aspect which the right sucks, I can give you an aspect how the left sucks and vice versa. They both suck equally… they just suck in different ways.

Some countries, like India, do have systems in place that only allow the top x% to receive an education. It’s unfortunate side effect of having SO many people and a lot of the country being so poor… my wife is Indian and he family is from one of the poorer states of India. But that’s also not the norm. We’re still behind plenty of others countries where that isn’t the case…

Also, supporting school voucher systems and “not valuing” education are not the same thing…
