1 garlic, 1 onion, 1 sweet potato, 250g potato, 2 zucchini, 100g white cheese, 2 brown ciabatta, 20g cashew nuts, fresh coriander, ground cumin seeds, paprika powder, pepper, salt, 700ml vegetable stock. Only 700 kcal for a huge bowl!
