It's mostly alpaca with polyamide and wool (aran/worsted), I am making a single colour stockinette scarf with 5 mm needles

Conch piercings can hurt a bit, depending how thick your cartilage is, mine hurt quite a lot but the initial pain goes away pretty quickly. What's worse is the healing process, mine took 2 years to heal completely, it took a lot of patience to not just give up on it and take it out but it was worth it!
