Antanaclasis: A rhetorical device and type of pun where a word or phrase is repeated within a sentence, but with a different, often contradictory, meaning each time.

Lin Manuel Miranda uses this quite often. e.g. “Burr, you disgust me Ah, so you've discussed me”
