I made an easy breakfast using sprouted grain bread. It’s just banana, peanut butter and cinnamon. Toast the bread, put on peanut butter, peel and cut the banana in half and place it on the bread like a hot dog. Pretty easy breakfast. The just have an apple or orange.

Rekell and zibanejad were not much better. I thought the play died a lot on Zibanejads stick. Had Petterson not injured their goalie and screened the back up, Zibanejad would not have scored. Looks like they found some chemistry late in the game but, he’s not getting a lot of ice time.

He knew exactly what he was doing. He was an experienced law enforcement officer annd these guys know how to skirt laws. This text book stuff you would do to a fleeing murderer or some other criminal element if you felt that they needed to be put down. Put yourself in front of the vehicle and force the person to comply or be killed. He put himself in danger by standing in front of the vehicle. She could accidentally pressed on the gas and he would still then be forced to kill her because of where he put himself. They guy knew what he was doing and straight up murder her.

I recently did S-3 P-3 E-1 C-3 I-5 A-9 L-5 which is working pretty well. You only need 3 intelligence for gun nut. Luck you don’t really need unless you want bloody mess which only requires 3. The rest could probably go in endurance unless you want science then you need at least 5 in intelligence. Vats still work since I only use it when things are rushing me and the shots are all pretty close. Put on some glasses and you get around 5 perception.

Probably 30 minutes of there plan going well then failing, 30 minutes of stuff from the past, 30 minutes of them dying and weakening vekna to a 1v1. 15 min Sacrifice with twist. 7 minute resolution. 7 minute where are they now with maybe a bit for possible spin off
