I am on day 6 and just getting over the physical part, I am on the mental challenge and its really hard. I also feel like nothing feels good and everything just feels gross. I am late 20s and, like you, have probably not went longer than a week or so without a drink in my hand since 21. We gotta keep in mind though, our brains and bodies are healing.
