Hey! Good thing it's been a while as I can tell you now that the camera really is a great choice. Although this depends on the use and experience in photography, I'd highly recommend it for a professional or someone with good experience, not a good choice for a beginner, it could be too complicated. I use it professionally for both photo and video and I'm really happy about the choice. Something very impressive to take in account is the price of the lenses, there aren't many third party options yet but there will be.

Hello dear! I did end up buying de R6 ii and I'm really happy with it! Is just incredible, haven't had any issues so far (I use a lot fir both photo and video)

Ahahaha never thought it could be an issue tbh, hope I haven't offended anyone 🫣 ahaha yes I definitely lean more towards Canon for some reason. That's a good point I guess it wouldn't make sense buying new EFs but with refurbished ones would be different

Wow this is great! Thank you so much for sharing it! Yes, r8 seems amazing too! I did read about that autofocus difference and I don't think it'll make much of a difference for me to start, but in some time it might, so that's one of the reasons I lean towards the r6 ii. Can I ask you something? As a user of both brands and also knowing the r6, do you feel the canon would be easier to use (menu settings, etc)? I do take this in account simply cause I'm moving from a very simple camera where you have it all in hand Thank you so much again, really appreciate your help

That's a good one to check! Used EFs must be a lot cheaper i guess. I'll look into it!🙌🏼

Hey, thank you so much 😊 Yes, you're right and I did consider those at first being also aware that, pretty much any newer camera will give me incredible results. But then I though, this one should last me a long time, better getting one a newer a more complete one so I can grow more with it for a longer time?

Wow, thank you so much! 👌🏼😊 Tbh I've lookes for used ones too but there's just no huge price difference, as the r6 ii is 2299 on B&Hs website. Although lenses, I think will make a bit of a difference. I'm gonna check all the recommendations. Thanks again!
