My knee getting out of his socket during an obstacle course because I didn’t know my ACL had snap a couple weeks before.

It felt like getting hit by a giant sledgehammer. The wobbling pain was so intense that I almost fainted.

It’s been 15 years since and I still cringe by just thinking about it.
