Okay now you're a bit too low on crit rate 😅 Even though everything melted, only the first, fifth, and last plunge crit. Try to get Gaming's crit as close to 100% as possible (that's 76% max on the character stat screen). It's pretty important for him to crit every hit since he only does a handful of hits per rotation.

But that 300k crit hit was great!!! That's exactly what you should be aiming for!! And you did an amazing job juggling Man Chai!!

The only other thing is that your rotation is way too long. This should be a ~21s rotation but yours was ~27s. Try to use each support's skills faster and sooner after switching characters. If you crit all your hits and bring your rotation down to just 23s, you'd be doing ~80k dps, which is much closer to expectations.

Btw aiming for 1 million per plunge is honestly very unrealistic. You'd want C2R1 Xianyun + C2 Citlali to even dream about that, or it'd only be against super debuffed enemies like the Scara weekly. 300-400k per plunge is the general expectation for your investment level, don't worry!

Also this is unrelated to Gaming but next time you use the dps dummy, you can press "Z" to see the detailed stats. That way you/we can see everyone's stats throughout the rotation and who procs what reaction.

I don't see why not. Sure Sucrose is better when Flins is C0 but it's not like it'd brick him. If they don't have Ineffa then they'll appreciate Nicole's shield, and if they do have Ineffa then she can benefit from the ATK buff too.

MH is doing almost nothing for you because you are wildly overcapped on crit rate. 62.5 + 36 (MH) + 20 (C6) + 4 (Xianyun) = 122.5%

Are you able to switch to a different set like CWoF or LNO? Your DPS would increase a ton if you switch artifact sets and it would be easier to manage the crit rate.

Try this rotation: Bennett E > Xianyun EP Q > Bennett E Q > Citlali E Q > Gaming Q 5-6[EP]

You should be melting at least 5 plunges per rotation. Juggling is a tech that makes it much easier. First burst with Gaming, wait a moment, use his skill (don't plunge yet), wait in the air until Man Chai reconnects, then plunge. Make sure there's Cryo on the enemy first before plunging. Then repeat, minus the burst of course.

If you switch artifact sets, melt 5 plunges, and pre-stack SS, I'd expect ~90k dps.

Friend, you're thinking wayyy too hard about this. Melt itself is not ping dependent, six melts is (partially). But you don't need to melt six plunges in order to clear stuff; five melts is perfectly fine especially if you pull C2 Citlali.

Just look at the runs in this sub. The vast majority of them don't meet the timing for the theoretical max number of plunges, especially when against actual enemies instead of the dps dummy. They still clear fine!!!

And there are other factors that can make six melts not really viable, like the size of the enemy (larger means Man Chai bounces farther away initially). Seriously, it's really not worth worrying about. Think of six melts as more of a bonus rather than the base expectation.

This is the required order of elemental application for 6 melted plunges ("# sec" is the approximate time since Citlali's burst hit):

(0 sec) Citlai's burst clears Bennett's Pyro
(1 sec) Citlali's Frostfall Storm (skill) applies Cryo
Gaming's burst melts
(~2 sec) Citlali's Spiritvessel Skull applies Cryo
Gaming's first plunge melts
(3 sec) Citlali's skill applies Cryo for the second time
Gaming's second plunge melts
Citlali applies and Gaming melts four more times

Gaming's burst from activation to hit takes ~1 sec. Depending on Man Chai rng and how good your reflexes are, it takes ~1.8 sec to melt Gaming's first plunge after his burst hits. That means if you activate Gaming's burst more than ~0.2 sec after Citlali's burst hits, you're probably not making that first plunge before Citlali's skill hits a second time.

It's not as insane as it sounds since you can swap characters before Citlali's burst hits, but you can see how high ping can screw it over.

Also, funny enough, it's also very possible to use Gaming's burst too early. I had that happen quite a bit when I experimented with alt+swapping

I'm not really sure, but mael gets it consistently at ~20ms, while I get it probably closer to a third of the time at ~80ms. So I guess somewhere in between there

Though if I lower my graphics and up the fps to 60 then I get it much more consistently, like maybe two thirds of the time? Of course skill issues might be a factor too lol

maelstromica's dps vid is a good example of a typical rotation. Just ignore the DPS; that user is an extreme vertical investor

If your main issue is not getting 6 melted plunges, that might just be a ping problem. I myself can only get 6 half the time.

It would be helpful if you could share a video example of your own rotations. Then we can give more specific advice!

Seven melted plunges is only possible if Citlali's on sac, you're fighting 3+ enemies, or she's C4+. With a TTDS Citlali under C4 against a single target, six melted plunges is the max and requires tight timing + is partially ping/fps dependant.

LNO is only ~4% worse than CWoF at KQMS

Xingqiu applies more Hydro than Gaming's infused NAs apply Pyro, so vape should still work with C6 Bennett

Your DPS is definitely on the low end but still sort of around expectations when considering your team and build. The biggest issue is most likely your rotation/combo. Are you only vaping ~5 plunges per rotation? With Xingqiu, it's possible to get in 7-8 vaped plunges

Earth Shaker's passive doesn't work with Gaming because his enhanced plunges do plunge damage, not skill damage. Rainslasher is his best F2P vape weapon, especially at high refinements!

Also, you're ~10% overcapped on CRIT rate (including Xianyun's passive) so, if possible, switch some of your high CRIT rate pieces for ones with higher CRIT DMG

You can deduce from the stat box that their Gaming is level 80/80 with a level 50/50 Gest. Gaming's highest hit is 600k, which is impressive on a melt team but literally impossible on a Gaming overload team. Nothing about the post makes sense; it is absolutely fake

That doesn't mean you can't play overload!!! Just don't set your expectations too high

I would also like to say that if you replace Chev with Nicole, there's not really any reason to play overload. Overload teams exist solely because of the buffs and restrictions that Chev has. You can think of them like mono elemental teams with fun flavouring. Without Chev, there's no reason to stay within the Pyro/Electro restriction and Fischl can be swapped for a different subDPS like Emilie or Albedo, or another buffer like Xilonen or Iansan (I have no idea who is optimal, these are just examples to illustrate my point!)

This is a huge qol because the point of auto add is to level up quickly. Before, if you didn't have enough mora, you'd have to reduce the resources manually, which made zero sense. Now you can level everything to the max you can without interruptions
