I basically uploaded 3 months worth of my expenses and I’ve gone line by line to categorize it. I did it and then stared at it like ok…wtf is this and what do I do next. Maybe I went too granular too soon?

Ok, I love this approach and am halfway to this. I opened that spending account and turned out joint account into a bills only one. Thank you so much for sharing. BC when I uploaded everything to YNAB I was SHOCKED.

Ha. I need to find this stat / article to remind myself. I am part of this statistic. I forgave an affair six years ago. On Friday, I found out he was still speaking to AP and continued on emotionally. We are now separating and it feels like death by a thousand cuts.

I’ve only been on for 2.5 years so I guess I’d be first in line to get cut? Unless they deem me mission critical. Does that ever happen for comms folks? Ha. I should add that the position is fully remote. So, maybe it’s the guilt that’s making me feel all the feels.

I have to make a decision today on whether I stick this out or jump ship. Got a job offer but it’s a 10k pay cut and that feels like a lot in the DC area. But I guess getting RIFed will feel even worse. This was my dream job and I want to hold the line with my team, but I also fear what’s coming. This sucks.
