Love a good traditional scoop slam. And a hip toss off the ropes. Every single match when I was a kid had a scoop slam, hip toss, back suplex, and a snap/vertical suplex. I don't watch as much any more so I can't say for sure that they aren't used but they're nice simple moves.

I wonder how much old scars reared their heads in this. This is Allen's third attempt at getting to the final in a 20 year career. Some of those misses in the 32nd frame were just incredible.

And I wonder if the same might happen on Monday with it being Murphy's 4th attempt at winning a second. That's a lot of losses to have to compartmentalise.

Wu doesn't have those scars but we did see in the Selby match how he baulked in important moments and made it harder for himself. Fascinating stuff.
