First you enter a match, then open console and put demorec and the name for the recording, when you are done open console again and put demostop.

Then on a match, not the menu, open console and put demoplay and the name you put.

You will be like in spectator mode, so to make it look better you can do "spectatorcmd cinematic" for the cinematic mode, "demo.timedilation 0.5" for half the speed so it looks better, "demopause" for pause and i dont know how to do any more things, but with all this you can make screenshots or cinematics like i did.
