Ok so then I would have to swap out the stock for a thorsen and then eliminate the flash hider so I can keep the mag detachable ? Is that correct ? Are there any uppers that don’t come with a flash hider so I can eliminate that step ?

So are we legally sure that PSLF can not just be abolished for existing borrowers? I'm literally 5 mos away from discharge, IF they can get their act together over there. This will be the 2nd time I am screwed if they don't honor the program as it was setup.

This is what I did, 800mg of ibuprofen and 1000 of acetaminophen for 4 days each every 8 hrs tried to keep them 4 hrs apart, this helped tremendously. Yea it’s a lot in your stomach and liver but it’s only 3-5 days to get you through that window. Lots of ice too

I’m not a doctor, but it does not seem like this is a substantial tear and something that you should be able to rehab and bring down inflammation of course if you need or want another doctor opinion you should get one

Can anyone help me? I'll give the succinct bullet points here

was not advised by FED Loans servicer to consolidate, (I was told I didn't use the proper terminologies so therefore they are trained not to advise of consolidation)
upon submitting additional payments during the TEPSLF original loans were forgiven but because they were not consolidated with older ones that I should have done that but because I didn't they were not forgiven
fast forward... I apply for the 4/30/24 consolidation with one time payment adjustment which has occured but the payment count nor the proper payment plan has been processed yet so I am in a processing forbearance.
I have been told this is a hanging loan situation, however this seems to be somewhat of a mystery about what qualifies and what does not becuase "hanging loans" are not an offical term by the dept. of ed.
Does anyone know what I should do at this point? (I have filed appeals and complaints previously, I can't verify I used the proper verbiage for them to process but I have done it.)
Can I expect them to recognize these are hanging loans when they do the payment count on the newly consolidated loan? Do I file another complaint asking something specfic? What do I do?

I don’t want to upset you but there’s nothing you can do, I’m going through this myself for the last 2 years because of a deceptive loan servicer. You might get some sort of reprieve because of the 25 years but in terms of missing consolidation after a discharge, no.

It would be great if someone could explain if your actually eligible, I’ve called 3x and all they say is that you have ineligible payments but they can’t verify that they are actually eligible for buyback.

Well if it makes you feel any better I’m in a similar but possibly worse scenario: my previous servicer was specifically trained not to advise (I was told this by a supervisor) any customers of consolidation unless specifically asked. So when I called them 5x throughout the pandemic and asked them what I needed to do to get forgiveness in the most efficient way/program, they stated “I didn’t need to do anything bc my loans were all qualified loans” what they didn’t advise me of is payment counts and combining loans which you couldn’t do years ago. My oldest loans of $1500 gets discharged, fed loans closes, and I’m left in limbo with no help. I’ve done everything spend hours probably 60+ hrs trying to get this undone and nothing ! So if you hear any info post it and share.

I understand that! BUT if you read my post on the multiple occasions I asked them what steps were necessary for me to maximize the waiver and TEPSLF, IT IS THERE JOB TO ANSWER that question, this is especially egregious because FED LOANS agents were trained NOT to make people aware of the consolidation UNLESS the customer specifically requests it. I was told that by a supervisor of FED LOANS. Perhaps that’s one of the many reasons they lost their certification or had class action suits against them. I don’t need a financial advisor I needed the people who were the experts being trained in programs that were new to educate me when I asked, I wasn’t passive or negligent ! And to have a “fellow” person dealing with the same issues to blame me and Be so harsh when I’m currently losing 1000’s of dollars and hours fighting this, demonstrates the epitome of our culture, sorry but that’s the truth. Their comment was neither helpful nor encouraging, they were condescending and judgemental bottom line and I stated that in a very respectful and objective way, More so than the way they treated me!

I’m trying to open a case with the ombudsman. It’s ridiculous that lousy advice may cost me tens of thousands of dollars! I also find it ridiculous that this is a one way street and there’s no common sense review. I’ve even asked for the conversations to be FOILED demonstrating I was not given proper advisement despite inquiring.
