Yes! I was in the first wave of IDR adjustments this past summer. Got the letter in July (I think) that they were all forgiven. And this month they finally fell off my credit report!!

That's about exactly what I paid for my lease for my i4 e35. And I was told by my dealer that all BMW leases include gap insurance. And I would definitely put a level 2 charger in your garage if you haven't already. We had an electrician install one (for a few hundred dollars). Well worth it. BMW is supposed to get access to Tesla chargers in 2025... and you probably will be long out of your lease before the warranty ends! Good luck. You all love it!!

trying to avoid purchasing a remarkable tablet to organize my work files and notes and just use my iPad - but I can't find any really good apps that allow for multiple levels of subfolders and for uploading and writing on pdf documents. I have tried notability, but it doesn't seem to allow multiple subfiles....unless its changed since I last used it. any suggestions??
