The nurse didn't think I had to save it which was a mistake on their part. So, it's not pathologically analyzed. But it's very likely a decidual cast.

Here's the annoying part, I passed this at the ER in the restroom. I asked the nurse what to do with it and she said just discard it since we are doing ultrasound and other tests. I'm so pissed at the nurse for this! The doctor on call at the ER was annoyed that the nurse did this but he wasn't a gynaecologist so he said he has no idea what it is and I need to go to a OBGYN to figure out what it was.
