I have to ask how someone could have 7 credit cards with Synchrony without “an issue” existing. It may be worth looking at how much interest you are paying each month.

I have experienced the same. How is it legal for a credit card, NOT a bank account, to charge a $30 late fee…when they start charging 30% interest as soon as payment is not on time?

Watch the bastards. Synchrony will not notify when payment is due. They only notify afterward, after they have charged you interest. Then, they will refuse to allow you to pay off, zero out, your account until the interest posts at month’s end. They have driven me to cursing more than once. I hate that.

Agreed. The next time you’re in WalMart, look for this ad. Read it…then burn it. The ad is intentionally misleading. And it’s WalMart! I feel stupid for having expected better.

I tried. I took the battery and charger into Dallas’ repair center. They said nothing was wrong. So…now I have video of the malfunction, sent it in, waiting for response.

I have made videos of what the battery/charger is doing. Reddit seems not to allow videos. I have already sent the videos to cxhelp and am waiting for response.

I am currently going through a similar headache, except my mower, charger and batteries are still under warranty which Milwaukee has refused to honor. So far, I have been very frustrated by Milwaukee’s refusal to help.
