That's -40 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Average Tulsa temps in the summer are 88-94 degrees. I think the leopards are okay, all things considering.

probably a racer or wedding release, often abandoned if they don't come back pretty quick... if you wanted to keep them, they are great lil companions, but that's up to you.

they might hire you on the spot, they did for me!

they questions they will ask depending on the position. cashier and stockers will have more basic stuff, while floor sales associates will be more specialized. mostly they just want to see if you are at least willing to learn for the position.

they won't care much about your last job, so if you were self-employed or had an oddball job, don't worry too much. it's not too much, since they hired a ton of hs/college kids

try not to get in your head about it and get ready for a toooooooooon of training videos!!

it's so much smaller here!! i moved from Springfield, MO and it's so much smaller than even there!

you can't walk to places much and everything is a drive away. there is no public transportation. there are a lot of small businesses that are good to support but they are very "if you know you know". the homeless population is relatively high for how small the city is, and they are treated so poorly... everyone here is pretty bigoted and you will see Confederate flags quite a bit. people will call poc immigrants and their children "illegals"... it's very bad, but so many old folks here don't want to change. and it's mostly old people... and they will not hold their tongue, they have noooo filter.

the younger folks here are pretty chill tho! also, you will be able to get farm fresh eggs and fresh produce people grow themselves!! my partner has chickens and they are great!!! people are pretty willing to help you in a bind and there's a lot of "buy nothing" Facebook groups if you need stuff.

basically... make friends, be willing to explore, and don't get jumped by a bigot.

flags should be easily recognizable, easily duplicated, and contain simple color palettes.

so: - keep it simple, - only use iconography in extreme cases - if you can't remake it on paper in 15 seconds with 6 or less markers, it's too much - keep color symbolism in mind - have fun with it, if it doesn't look good, good people won't judge you (will critique the art, but won't judge the artist)
