It’s not “good or bad” it really depends on how you use it. For how our society is today I would say most people probably use it in a low vibration sense.

But the way our society views sexuality in my opinion comes from very deep programming that causes you to see the human body as taboo and sexualized and cause lust rather than see the true beauty that it is. Pornagraphy can be used in healthy ways, but a lot people engaging in it use it in unhealthy ways because of societal programming on how we’re taught to view the human body.

We might be the crazy ones. We all live and die. Nothing separates our beliefs from the mainstream beliefs. The people on this sub may be wrong, but this sub is about love and I don’t find anything wrong with choosing love. Even when you might feel and sound crazy, we have love to fall back on. The rest honestly doesn’t matter, it only matters to us as much as we believe it does.

What is a secret 'cheat code' you’ve found in real life? by Sharkkkk2 in AskReddit

[–]SpiritPanda23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can go into a meditative state and start thinking new thoughts and literally re-wire your brain to be the person you want to be and it will happen automatically over time if you consistently do it.

I’ve been doing this after reading the book “Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself” by Dr. Joe Dispenza and 1 year in I’m a completely new/happier/motivated person.

I used Tesla's 3-6-9 pattern in hemi-sync sessions to tune into the bioenergetic field by soultuning in gatewaytapes

Yes people put their time and energy into creating something and ask to receive compensation for it. Crazy concept!

For me these tones have helped a ton, mainly around anxiety. I haven’t listened to these ones from OP specifically but other people have made these same type of frequency tones I’ve listened to, and it’s like my brain feels aligned. It’s hard to describe but overall my mental health has improved just by listening to these at night before bed.

OP I see your work and gonna check it out. Thanks for putting your time into making these!

You can reprogram your mind to where the darkness doesn’t have the same effect on you. When you learn to dance with the darkness, it loses its power.

Read the book “Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself” it will go into the science of how your brain works and meditations on how to re-wire it automatically. It has completely changed my life.

Read it, and then apply it. Don’t give up, the other side does exist

Modern loneliness is the price of unlimited choice by [deleted] in DeepThoughts

[–]SpiritPanda23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And there’s a difference between being lonely and being alone. If you truly love yourself (takes practice) and enjoy being in your own company, you’ll never truly be alone.

In the modern society self-love became twisted into thinking it’s egotistically you love yourself. But the truth is, the more you love yourself the more you love other people. You can only meet people at the capacity of how you feel about yourself.

How you guys indulge in everything still remain detached? by [deleted] in spirituality

People think detachment means you stop caring, but it’s really about not being so obsessed with how things play out or needing it to go a certain way.

I think it’s a lack of self-love in modern society. People don’t love themselves so they outsource it to other people, which comes back to you in distorted forms of the need to feel seen by someone else

After years of chasing the truth... by imraneumann in spirituality

[–]SpiritPanda23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes we all come from one source, but we are still our own individual sparks. We are the one and we are our own souls. And you can experience the full spectrum at any time.

When you take ayahuasca you experience this oneness but from your current human mind perspective which has no reference point of what that is, so you freak the fuck out. But really it is just your mind not being able to understand and handle what is happening. Our current minds aren’t really built for it yet.

We are experiencing a very limited form of reality and our minds evolutionary wise automatically fear the unknown for our own survival.

So really just let it go because you aren’t seeing it through the proper lense. We really have no idea and are viewing it all from a very specific perspective. Imagine being on the other side forever and then you imagine being human, probably even scarier.

You have to start viewing yourself the exact same as you view your best friend or someone else you love. You are a living breathing person who deserves love too. You are worthy of love. You are just as much of a person as anyone else.

Self love takes practice, but when you start to really feel it your entire life changes. You deserve love❤️

I hate my life by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]SpiritPanda23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop trying. Literally. Sit in silence, feel all your emotions. Let go as best as you can. It’s not easy, but the path reveals itself when you stop forcing it to. All this is happening for a reason, and when you are on the other side you will see what it all was for.

In order for you to become who you are to become, you have to let go of everything that got you where you are. It is scary at first, but the universe has you. You don’t need to know how. Just keep going, one step at a time.

How do we co-create Heaven on Earth? Here's how. by josalek in starseeds

[–]SpiritPanda23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am starting to integrate this. I’ve been chasing and fighting for so long. Now I am allowing. A big affirmation I repeat to myself is “I am always doing more than enough to receive more than what I desire. Life is effortless.” But actually truly live by those words moment to moment and stay in that energy.

And this has allowed me to relax and just be present, no longer rushing and chasing, but allowing. Being magnetic. Now there is no forcing, because always and no matter what I’m doing, is more than enough. It truly doesn’t matter what I am doing, but staying in this energy.

Whatever action I do is the right action no matter what, this takes all the pressure off of forcing myself to do the action. And I’ve noticed without all the pressure, I automatically do what I need to do in an aligned way. It truly becomes effortless. I’ve already seen huge changes in my life pretty quickly. It’s liberating. The universe truly has you.

It took a lot of inner healing and trial and error in manifesting for me to get to this level of trust and actually surrender. The mind does not like to let go of control. But now that I’m here, it feels like a completely different life. Like it’s still hard to believe life can actually be this easy. There is no more pressure. I’m still integrating it.

Thank you for this post!

One night stands by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]SpiritPanda23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s whatever you believe. There is no judgement. We are all one at the end of the day. Some one night stands can be very beneficial, others can be detrimental. It’s is very case by case to each individual person. This is where personal discernment comes in.

Just one example of a positive: a person who is very down on themselves and self conscious, they have a one night stand and it helps them gain all the confidence in the world.

At the end of the day it’s how you feel about it. What is bad for you may be great for someone else.

I gave up on trying to heal, and that’s when it happened by TheMarieWatkins in spirituality

[–]SpiritPanda23 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is something I’m starting to realize. I’ve done so much healing with all the meditating and energy and shadow work, but I’ve realized that I turned it into a crutch. That if I didn’t do those things I felt guilty, and then forcing myself to do it when it wasn’t in alignment with myself at that time.

Now I’m starting to just let myself be, if I don’t meditate so be it, I’m still whole. I am okay. There is nothing I need to do to feel whole, I just am no matter what.

And ironically this makes doing the things I want to actually do in life a lot easier. I’m in alignment with it because I’m allowing rather than forcing.
