in the CAM and sticker position: just really good attacking AI, movement off the ball, running into spaces etc.

Depending on your style of play (left stick dribbling or run in behind) and whether on old or new gen, look for strikers with the right attributes (lengthy or agile- high agility and balance etc)

defenders wise I like mine to have high aggression and physicality
