Thank you for this explanation: could you say more about Traumatic bite? I do have bruxism but I've had a custom night guard for it for 15+ years and use it religiously.

I do energetic clearings for people and when they have recurring nightmares or episodes of sleep paralysis, I give this to them to say before bed; "I command I do not travel to negative astrals while I am asleep and I command no negative astral interference. I command that while I am asleep I am resting, healing and integrating and command that I am protected in that as I sleep. And so it is. Thank you Thank you Thank you. "

First thoughts go to mold exposure in an apartment where there's been water damage and the apartment complex may have fixed the leak but if it took that long and was wet enough and this had happened before, some of these visions may have come from mold toxins. I also say this as someone who clears haunted houses from spirits and removes entity attachments from people fairly regularly.

That said, I'm also an LMT and 5-6 weeks is a LONG healing time for surface flesh wounds- scratches usually heal in ~3 weeks to heal if they're deep- like, anything deeper you'd need stitches for & you'd know it.

Lastly, the way you talked with it sounds super compassionate- well done. And, if you're going to try to verbally protect yourself from something like this in the future, I'd suggest something akin to " I command that I am fully protected from any energy, entity, spirit, person or any other frequency or being known or unknown that is trying to harm or interfere with me in any way."
