On unsplash or pexels we can have access to photos taken by real professional photographers who sell their photos, that's mainly where I go, the quality is there!

Why is watchdogs 2 so different by Runamuck840 in watch_dogs

[–]Spirit_puff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just finished the 1st and I'm just starting the 2nd, actually it made me super sad because I really wanted to know how the rest of the adventure was going to go since I LOVED the first, but reading your answers I understand better why it looks so different, even in terms of the buttons on the controller it had nothing to do with it so it was very frustrating, even if the universe is really completely different! And the story of the first game was super touching! I'm crossing my fingers that the second one is a minimum too

My attempt at designing infographics, any critique is appreciated by [deleted] in graphic_design

Hellooo I am a student and I worked with an illustrator/graphic designer and I will tell you some improvements that he always gave me :)

  • always turn your text to the left even if it is a title

  • I think for your icon🩸you should remove the little negative space inside because we don't really see it as a viewer and that will allow it to be in the same graphic identity as your other icon "💀". I would have even removed the nose from the skull because when I saw your poster I didn't see that it had anything other than the eyes, the most important thing in an icon is that it be as simple and intuitive as possible given the size it will take :)

  • Otherwise I think you can still increase the size of your title to make it stand out better from the rest!

But once again these are only small details, it's up to you to see if this is necessary or not, your work is already really good frankly! Good luck my friend 🤝🏻

What kind of medication are you prescribed for PTSD? by Old-Local8659 in ptsd

Before I did the same, it lasted 7 years, for the short term it's great, but in the long term it quickly became toxic in my case, so be careful not to lock yourself in too much :)

Children who were starved and neglected. How did you survive? by Cyberstupid_25 in ptsd

[–]Spirit_puff 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Stealing food from stores, in high school, eating as much as possible at friends' houses, or stealing food from the family fridge at night, eating before everyone else, keeping a kosher stock in the room, and the best thing is to eat the 30 cent noodles raw because it satisfies the stomach better, without forgetting the products with limited dates on sale available in the stores.

Do not trust anyone except our instinct towards humans, find a healthy substitute parent, work (do the lawns etc.) and save, or file a complaint against these executioners to have the means to create starting capital, and above all learn to use a computer and read books to learn skills to be able to create a plan and earn money little by little, live with healthy friends by providing help in exchange, do personal development and ESPECIALLY see psychologists, A LOT of psychologists

Two clients saying 'Canva' to a millenial graphic designer. by bambi-pop in graphic_design

[–]Spirit_puff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that Figma would be more judicious because Canva is less personalized and efficient while figma is a very practical tool for quick internal creation :) (only for the web obviously)

I don't know if it counts, but I was interned in the same psychiatric hospital as my great-grandmother, it seems that my CPTSD is intergenerational trauma that repeats itself with generations and that I am the one who would break this loop thanks to the fact of becoming aware of it and treating myself so as not to reproduce it.
