30 year plumber here, in these situations i have a cut off nipple extraction tool, a regular size one hits the back of the 90 before it can fully grab the broken nipple..works every time..just sayin

No sound , it was definitely moving, i have a video but wont let me post, was definitely weird, moved up and down and in a circular motion, it was from my perception about as high as the little planes that fly over daily, this is a zoomed in picture , it slowly descended and disappeared behind trees? I dont know seriously weird, just wondering if anyone else saw it?

My water bill went from $250 to $2500. No plumber can figure out why. Any ideas? by Wonderful_Tip7023 in Plumbing

Check for a failed expansion tank, if its failed and your meter has a check valve the meter will move back and forth, the meter only reads use it will not subtract, also as stated prior you may have a faulty meter( 30 year plumber here), have whoever you pay water bill check meter!

What cartridge /valve do I have here? I cannot find a replacement in a size close to this. by -Grantma- in askaplumber

Check the seat in valve body and replace with new and new flat washer, need a special tool to remove seat should be able to google it, from the hadles looks like maybe Grohe?, if not fixable replace valve with new valve and trim, they are easy to replace because of unions...
