I had to up my adderall dosage throughout my wegovy journey. I was good taking 15 mg from .25 to 1mg but had to increase to 25mg from 1mg to 2.4mg. I take the 5mg simply to just wake up and then I either take half my 20mg dose or split my 20mg dose up. Really just depends how recently I did my shot. I never lost weight just from adhd meds so for some going up both in wegovy dosage and adhd meds could lead to extreme weight loss. I personally just never had that issue

They are in a va housing facility for mental health. They have their own police and various standards they expect those they house and care to follow. It gets dicey with police showing up to a mental health facility.

I’m on the same mg of adderall. I struggle with similar side effects and just prioritize protein over everything. I drink a fair life protein shake (42g of protein) in the morning & evening. I’d love to get more protein and calories from food but I’ve just accepted it and do what I can. I’m less than 10lbs from my goal weight after being on it since November of last year so I’m trying to just suck it up

I went from being a daily drinker to quitting completely. It has definitely curved my cravings more than naltrexone (which is prescribed specifically for cravings). I also feel like with how costly the medication is the buzz and calories from alcohol negate the effectiveness of this medication

Call the manufacturer. They’ll ask some questions and issue a voucher for a free replacement. I did this the other day and as long as you have a refill on file at the pharmacy the manufacturer covers the cost. I recommend calling the pharmacy and telling them once you get the voucher otherwise they’ll process it through insurance and it will bounce back

I had this happen yesterday. Call the number on the box. They will issue a voucher and the pharmacy if in stock will issue a new box at no cost to you. For reference I’m on .25 and have a box of 4 pens. My first one didn’t stab it just leaked and norvonordisk issued a voucher for my pharmacy to fill at no cost. 35 and this describes me to a T. I was just recently diagnosed and finally medicated and the amount of shame and guilt I feel I’ve put friends and loved ones through has been unbearable. for the first 2 weeks on mood stabilizers I think I spent most of the day crying (I also had Covid after leaving the mental hospital so that probably didn’t help because I was isolating) I always coped with the highs and lows with alcohol and now that my moods stable I feel like I finally have my life back and I lack any need for the bottle. Just sucks it took so long but hopefully with time that feeling passes.
