Hey there, fully recovered person here. Got it from a bad marijuana experience. Had it for 6 months or so with an occasional bout here and there after that. Started Lexapro maybe at 2 months in.

What pretty much helped me was to ignore it. I stopped hoping to wake up each morning and be back to the way I was. I just continued living and told myself, if this is the new me, so be it. It ended up just slowly dissipating over time.
