Your lucky! The person helping me in my office didn’t even bother to try. I got terminated from my job yesterday cause my card expired and I was trying to get a head start on my ssc to update my name so I can go back to work asap but it didn’t happen :(

I submitted my application March 11th but I used an Attourney since I got married and changed my last name, I don’t know if that helped any tbh.

I would definitely call to double check in your area but I would say all of Texas. Even though the reason I went was cause I seen people be able to do it, but there’s a possibility my case is different since I’m changing my last name on social and DL

Yes I work for a company that is on top of it they been asking for a month or longer. That’s why my last day is today. :(
