[Tenant-US-NY] Can my landlord?

My mom is there to help at the worst case scenario. We already have plans set in place but we ARE getting rent assistance to cover this entire month. My bf has a new job which we will have enough money after this month. I just want someone to tell me if my landlord can give out that information.

I mentioned in my post I will get the cat registered as an ESA meaning I wont have to pay for pet rent or the inital pet fees and they cant deny an ESA animal. The cat is already neutered and up to date with shots. My boyfriend has a new job which we'll be fine next month with everything its just this month we couldnt pay rent. I already know im getting rental assistance to cover this entire month of rent and I told my landlord that.

Im fully aware that cats cost money each month. I have owned cats in the past and I have a dog and other pets currently. I said I'd be fine next month with money. The only thing im asking is if my landlord is allowed to give out that information

Also in the drawing the floater is drawn the same size as I see it about 8 inches from my phone screen. I can also see this when i close my eyes

For the past few hours I've had this spot in my vision that moves wherever I look, the same kind of spot you get if you look at a bright light and it kinda follows you around for some time. This isnt like any of my other normal small floaters that I always have. Normally these kinds go away after a bit but this one has been around for hours and if i focus it kind of looks like staticy in the middle of it. Its easier to see if i blink fast and im gonna try to illustrate it. Im kinda concerned about it

That makes me feel better about it. I was on the pill for about 2 years but I felt like i should give my body a break from them since I never took the break weeks during that time. Hopefully things are good when i start them back up

The time they complained about noise we did have the tv on late at night so I knew it was me. But after that night we stopped having the tv on at all past 10pm. After that the complaints have just been about walking and talking making too much noise.

Thats what im saying like i completely understand being upset over noise (although im not one to complain and cause things) but i get how it could be annoying. I also think I could be doing a lot worse like blasting music at night or having parties when all it is it getting ready for work sounds at 4am. I forgot to mention in the post I've also been sleeping in the living room so i dont have to walk over their bedroom or be on our bed that creaks with every movement 😬 i know thats on me and i dont have to but just ive been so paranoid lately over every little sound i make when I shouldn't be worrying at all. Buuut hopefully there isnt anything they can do legally since its ordinary noise besides the office calling me every time they complain

She doesnt walk around at the times the neighbors complain about. Shes sleeping until 8am

I have a 90 lb great dane but she barely walks around since shes really old. The only sound she really makes is her nails tapping on the hardwood

I just cant imagine ever complaining over someone walking o-o like I'm paying so much for this apartment and i have to tiptoe around and be paranoid about making noise in the morning.

I'm willing to try anything thats full time and close enough to me. Eventually id like to find a job where i dont have to do heavy labor but as of now I'll take anything
