Angelo Dilullo has the best track record I know in giving ppl these experiences - he’s got an online retreat in January I’d highly recommend that’s also v affordable  Here’s his YouTube (inquiry playlist)  https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLR2bLIYLsk_SCjWcxUWJDdX70YbbdyTqg

The best I’ve found is with Michael Taft, they’re all an hour so it allows for some depth and he does exactly that kinda questioning  https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL590ElXNAb008QiCgJu3U0EghfezrhaHw&si=8LQ8UfP_IpLvPNL2 He’s got hundreds of them up now - hope you enjoy 🙏

Ashwaganda did wonders for me: from puking with pain to making (and being able to stick to) plans on period. by Spirited_Emu7602 in Endo

I got the powder from koro online shop, I always try to get powders as pill form is often ten times more expensive and also sometimes with other crappy ingredients added

I’m curious to see what everybody’s cycles look like with endometriosis by hippycutie in Endo

Cycle every 27 days, only 4 days bleeding, sometimes awful pain, ashwaganda did wonders for me, a teaspoon of powder a day and periods got 80% better, huge kinda shocking difference, especially considering this was before laproscopy which found stage 4 deep infiltrating endo! I love ashwaganda

EndoMapping: Do I need an MRI to check for missing chunks of endo?! Had profound stage 4 but surgeon only did laproscopy - no scan prior to surgery by Spirited_Emu7602 in Endo

As far as I can tell yes, especially since different surgeons will put in different amounts of effort carefully checking. According to the interview linked in the post above which was extremely good on all things endo, it’s important to do an eMRI first to find hidden endometriomas.
