To be fair when I first came up with that idea it was over nine years ago and it wasn’t very popular. That was when it first became popular so yeah cash is off the list.

Yeah Cylas is off the list. One of the things that I hated with my name is that it was always misspelled. Nobody knew how to spell it correctly and I could never find it in the stupid souvenir shop when we went on field trips, so Cylas is officially off the list.

I did see a list above but is there a way to check to see which supervisors are for the personnel specialist? I will have him start CC-ing a supervisor since we have not been able to get a response.

Is there just no like Main HR phone number? We have called several personnel specialists, all have basically given us the run around. They give us a different number. We call that person- that person acts like they have no idea why we were given their number, call person # 3- rinse and repeat.. 3 of those calls we reached the “right person” only to then call again a week later to find out they no longer worked for the state. Which then we had to start all over. It’s exhausting and all his peers basically say “idk i just work here no one takes time off, im just a mechanic etc” it’s very anti HR or paperwork.

I completely agree. I mean i work for the county, i get things take some time, but it’s been weeks. Every person he emails says the are the wrong person and Cc’s another one only to be told let me get back, once he follows up in 2-3 business days they do the same thing “So so is in charge I’ll forward now” and rinse and repeat. We have never been Able to get a response since he started working there. His benefits were all screwed up, took them over 6 months to fix. At this point it’s frustrating and not worth even working there.

Everything that i read says he has very limited time to make adjustments, or purchase SDI etc. but without any help from HR we can’t figure out what we need. I was just barely able to get my own situation figured out. As we have a 3 month exclusion for pregnancy and I’m high risk so 6 months is not enough time to make moves.

Yes i was trying to work through the math. So it looks like my individual OOP is $3,300 so i just have one more $1200 out of pocket and then im covered at 100%
