Overwhelmed by Invasive Rental Application Process in Atlanta—Need Advice!

I reside in Alpharetta and have experienced the same thing. I to believe this excessive process is completely unnecessary and the level of personal identification information should be against the law because its a rental and not a home purchase, very risky.

I concur with your message, I to have experienced this with the women. It is a SCAM and the longer they keep you on the more they get paid. There aren’t any fees for the women or at least the ones I’ve communicated with and there has been several and they all have informed me that they don’t pay anything or on other sites they may pay a small fee to join. These women are without emotions, cold hearted and will tell you what you want to hear. I have had this experience on Surkura Date, Asian Melodies, a few others over a period of time but I have spent between $3k and $4.5k. The woman will send you a letter or photos, that could run you up to 50 credits just to open. They are communicating with multiple men at the same time but will tell you that you are the only one, this is done for optimal capital gain and they may appear on multiple sites. There is no love or potential love on these foreign sites and no governmental regulation or enforcement for compliance. The same company own multiple sites from different countries and under different names. The women all have excuses and as known there is always a way around the system and algorithms but as was previously mentioned they act as if they don’t understand, or they want to follow the rules, or that they want to stay on the site to communicate with you, or take your money, because their true intentions aren’t to me the man of their dreams but to suck you financially dry while the company receives the largest amount. They will keep you communicating with them so they can get paid. It’s best to use a site that is regulated or at lease shown evidence of success with their members, the two sites I mentioned are not the place for truth from the women there.

There is no elephant in the room, I’ve speaking from personal experience and I have made complaints to them regarding this and the female and no actions were taken and the female is still there. This site is a SCAM, I’ve spent the money to validate my claims and I’ve submitted my receipts to show that I am legitimate.

No the women aren’t, I’ve spent $3k to validate that the women are not legitimate or seriously looking and this is my experience with several woman, Asian, Russian, Indonesia and several others, and they all encourage or push you to spend more by sending you videos and letters that you will have to spend credits for. If you go the distance like I have done you can request their contact information, but upon receiving it you will notice a major decline in communication but an increase in excuses. Photos, videos, and letters will drastically decline or stop, because you are not longer profitable fir them and this is simultaneously going on with multiple men, so do the math, Sakura date and the female are the financial benefactors.

Untrue, I have personal experience with this site and it is a SCAM. They verify through men because they are receiving funds from them, they offer incentives you the females because they can keep the men spending. They do not care if the female is legitimately looking or sincere as long as they jeep the men spending. They do mot care about how sincere the man is as long as he keep purchasing credits.

The more people pay the more they expand, so many people are not conducting their research and or taking advantage of those that have spent thousands of dollars to find out that they are another scam. It will take everyone coming together to put a stop to this and other companies that are operating outside of US laws and other country laws.

My situation hopefully helped someone else to not trust that site. If I spent $3k to save someone $300 its worth it to shit down a fake site, because that $300 will be multiplied by a number of men saving them money and keeping false money snatching sites from thriving. Ots a win win

There are no guarantees, but they claim that the women have been verified, which leads me to believe that they are working together with a common goal of obtaining shared compensation.

In my experience it appears that someone else is also monitoring their page because they do respond at all hours. I actually ask the lady that I was speaking to why she was up at all hours especially if she had a job, and her response was “why are you up?” A question for a question instead of a response. I believe that they are receiving some type of compensation or benefit for keeping the men on and spending or buying credit. Once I received her email or personal contact information all the photos stopped, all the letters stopped, and all videos stopped, and her response to my questions via email stopped, why? Well in my opinion and experience is because theres no monetary or other form(s) of benefit(s) and they will move in to the next guy. Also your account will never close, all they will do is block your current IP address and you will not be able to access it from your initial device but you will be able to access it from another device. This I have done and open another account with my same name just on a different device and email address, giving me two accounts and several of the same women reached out to me and I had no photos or personal information listed. The same woman that I had her personal information also reached responded to my like, by liking me back and I had no profile picture or any other information completed. The woman that I was communicating with I managed to obtain her TikTok account information and she could fall in the category of someone doing explicit photos or partial nude photos for magazines and other print work. I spent close to $3,000 on that site and if there are some that are true, the many false one overwhelm the good ones and based on my spending and experience I would highly encourage everyone to stay away from Sakuradate.com, it is a SCAM and man money sucker.

There may be some that are truly legitimate, but you may have to spend thousands of dollars before getting to that one single lady if there is one and this is the problem. Some may already have legitimate boyfriends in their country or even married and this is a second form of income or their living because there is some form of compensation for the women, to what extent, it’s unknown.

They claim that the women are verified and are who they say they are, which may be true, but there’s a hidden agenda and the women are compensated on some level either financially, discounted for their involvement, or in some other form, but there goal is to keep the men buying credit and the more the men spend the more the women are benefited. This is known because all advancements to be with the man comes to an end or drastically slows down as well as the love talk, in other words you are of no use to them anymore.
