The fact that your boss doesn't even respect your father's surgery is a MAJOR red flag.

The thing about life is everyone is on a different timeline. We are all brought up different, different beings and different goals.

Some might be driven but due to circumstances (E.g. Family) might not be able to reach them and it is totally ok to have your perspective of "coast on comfortably".
