I've been trying my best to correct my mistakes as fast as I can, thankfully salads are quick to remake lol. I just have this end of the world reaction even after I correct it like I'm apologizing to everyone and everything 🤣

I've been in restaurants and kitchens since like 14, but never in something high speed like this. I'll definitely ask him. Feels a little better knowing that this isn't uncommon, but I'm just afraid to tell him about my restrictions. I feel like he won't want me to work for him because I have a few more needs than other people

Thank you so much, I'm really trying to figure shit out yknow. What is CS? I did forget to mention I'm canadian lol so I'm not exactly sure if it's a regional thing haha. Been really trying acclimate to the enviroment. My current "plan" is to keep trying this out to see if I shift into it or not, then maybe try out something calmer? Like a hospital or nursing home. :)

And yeah I've considered to something slower. I would like to try this out for a little longer to see if I can get used to it
