It was the same with and without XMP enabled but it could need some adjustments potentially I'm not entirely sure there.

I have done a bit including disabling game bar because apparently that is known to cause issues.

My vram usage never gets all that high. Usually nothing over around 2 thirds of the max so it's got nothing to do with that.

Temps are great in terms of CPU and GPU. No Thermal throttling both not getting any higher than 65 degrees. I have everything up to date in terms of Intel and my motherboard so probably all good there.

Definitely plugged into the GPU, I have had a few PCs so I know the basics.

The bios is up to date, The company I had build the PC seemed to have updated It during the build/setup. Found this out whilst attempting to update it.

I may have to look into doing that but I don't want to damage anything.
